Jeffrey Hutchins
Senior Attorney
Jeffrey F. Hutchins was born and raised in Northern California. While studying abroad in college Jeff met his wife, who is originally from Kernersville, NC.
Prior to attending law school Jeff worked in Human Resources for three years. In 2011 Jeff passed the North Carolina bar and promptly hung out his own shingle, starting his own practice in Kernersville. Jeff is a general practitioner that focuses on family, business and general civil litigation.
Jeff is an active volunteer with the North Carolina Bar Association through the “Lawyer on the Line Program.” He also works with Legal Aid to help low-income individuals receive effective legal services.
Kernersville is a wonderful town and Jeff is happy to be a part of its growth. He supports the community we all love, and wants to be here to support his town!
In his free time Jeff reads, fishes, works in his garden and spends time with his four young children. He is also a soccer coach with KSA and Den leader for the Cub Scouts.

Amy Lahaie
Legal Assistant
Amy is originally from Lexington, NC. She moved to Kernersville, NC in 2012 after living 25 years in Central Florida.
Amy's work experience has included administrative work in manufacturing, legal and finance. After spending time raising her family which included homeschooling 6 of those years, Amy has transitioned back into the workforce. Amy works full-time for the firm as a Legal Assistant.
She has been married 28 years to Drew and has 3 beautiful adult children, with the recent addition of a granddaughter. Amy is an avid runner, loves to hike and scrapbook memories of her family.
Sarah Newman
Legal Assistant
Sarah is originally from a suburb of St. Louis, MO where she obtained a degree in Psychology and an MAT in Early Childhood Education. She moved to Kernersville at the end of 2009.
Sarah's background is in early childhood education but she has also managed a small business for many years. She will primarily be assisting the firm with probate cases and other essential duties for the firm.
When she's not chasing her 2 kids around, Sarah enjoys playing soccer, running, baking and reading.
Ryan Hutchins
Office Manager
Ryan is a native North Carolinian, born and raised in Kernersville. She graduated from UNC Charlotte with a degree in Marketing. Ryan helps in many areas of the practice but focuses primarily on the marketing and accounting side of running the firm.

Not only does she help run the business but she is an avid gym enthusiast, on top of raising four kids. In her spare time (what little, if any) Ryan is on the Main Street United Methodist Church Preschool's board serving as the Fundraising Chair. She also serves as the treasurer for the Smith Farm Elementary PTA.
